Fit-to-Token

Fit-to-Token is a Chrome extension that overlays the ChatGPT web interface with an ambient, nature-inspired widget. It makes the otherwise invisible energy cost of AI prompting visible, and reframes "use less" into "be active": every prompt spends from a replenishable prompt-energy budget that you recharge through physical activity.

With your permission, the extension may use the Google Health API or compatible activity data, such as energy and calorie expenditure, activity summaries, and related timestamps, only to calculate and display your activity-based prompt-energy allowance inside the browser extension.

Fit-to-Token does not sell user data, does not use health or activity data for advertising, does not use it to train AI models, and does not share Google user data with unrelated third parties.
